A Quiet Space

Here, Body, Breath, and Soul Remember

Anamwell is a sacred, steady space, formed wherever you are.

Its name reflects the essence of this work: anam, the soul in Scottish Gaelic, and well, a source. A place to draw from, to nourish, to restore. Here, the soul can reconnect with its own rhythm and depth.

This is not about fixing. It is about remembering.

Touch can be a language the nervous system understands long before words. It is responsive, listening, and collaborative with your body’s intelligence. Sessions support conditions in which the nervous system can settle, and the whole self can return toward coherence. This work happens within the living systems of body, breath, and awareness.

The Experience

Sessions feel like stepping into an inner sanctum, warm and elemental. Integrative bodywork, therapeutic massage, guided awareness and breath, and subtle sensory elements are woven into a seamless experience. Touch is intuitive and experienced. Silence is honored. Breath becomes a bridge. What is ready to soften, softens. What is ready to emerge, emerges.

People arrive here during times of ongoing stress, overwhelm, and life transitions. All bodies, identities, orientations, and expressions are welcome. This is a place to cross a threshold, drink from your own source, and remember who you are.

Honoring the Spirit of Place

I practice on the traditional lands of the Duwamish Tribe, whose relationship with this place continues today. A portion of each session supports Indigenous stewardship, ecological care, and transgender rights. Current recipients include the Duwamish Tribe through their Real Rent program, Seattle’s Gender Justice League, and the Washington Native Bee Society.

This is an ongoing practice of giving back to the land and communities that make this work possible. This work happens within the living systems of land, body, and community.
